Performances / Readings

Now Let Me Fly has been used in various ways throughout the United States, Canada, and the rest of the world. Teachers make great use of the Easier Youth and Youth versions in their classrooms to help students learn about the Civil Rights Movement in an interactive setting. Since 2007, we have distributed more than 6,000 copies of the script to teachers and others who wanted to use Now Let Me Fly in their community.

The Topeka Reading

On May 17, 2004 the Brown Foundation presented a star-studded reading of Now Let Me Fly at The Topeka Performing Arts Center. This reading was the culmination of the 50th Anniversary Celebration of Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka and the dedication of the National Historic Site.
